Russell John Griffiths (born 13 April 1996) is an English footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for AFC Fylde.
Russell Griffiths joined Everton’s Academy at the age of 14.
A strong and commanding presence in his area, the goalkeeper was a near ever-present for the title-winning Under-18s side in 2013/14.

He lifted the trophy alongside co-captain Gethin Jones following a man of the match performance in the final against Manchester City.
In December 2014, the youngster was named on the bench for Everton's first-team game against FC Krasnodar and found himself again on the substitutes' bench later that season while Tim Howard was sidelined with a calf injury.

After taking part in pre-season with Northwich Victoria in 2015, Griffiths had a loan spell with the Northern Premier League side, before another at National League Halifax Town.

In July 2016, it was confirmed Griffiths had signed a contract extension to keep him at Goodison Park for another year.
