TS Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała (Polish pronunciation: ) is a football club based in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.

Founded in 1907 as Bielitzer Fussball Klub (FK Bielitz). Later the name was changed to Bielitz-Bialaer Sport Verein (BBSV). In 1936 changed its name to Bielsko-Bialskie Towarzystwo Sportowe Bielsko (BBTS Bielsko). In 1968 there was a merger of KS Włókniarz (founded in 1911) . In 1995 there was another merger of three football clubs from Bielsko-Biała. Since 1995 the club is called TS Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała. It currently plays in the new Polish First League. The team was promoted to the top Polish football league, the Ekstraklasa, for the first time in club history in the 2010–11 season

Stadion Miejski (English: Municipal Stadium) is a football stadium in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. It is the home ground of Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała (since 1999) and BKS Stal Bielsko-Biała. It also hosted two matches of 1978 UEFA European Under-18 Football Championship. The stadium holds 3,404 people. It was built in 1927 and reconstructed 30 years later. Now the stadium is football-specific, although in the past it had athletic track. Since August 2012 venue is under another reconstruction that will cost 75 million zł. The stadium is set to be finished by July 2015 and capacity will increase to 15,292 seats.
