The Football Club de Grenoble Rugby (FCG) is a French rugby union club based in Grenoble and founded in 1892. The club was champion of France in 1954 and runner-up in 1918 and in 1993 during a controversial final, being deprived of the title of champion of France following an error of arbitration.
FC Grenoble played in Top 14, the top level of the French league system, for the 2018-2019 season, but were relegated to Pro D2 at the season end.

Stade des Alpes is a football stadium in Grenoble, France. The stadium holds 20,068 and hosts the home games of Grenoble Foot 38 and the FC Grenoble rugby club.

Situated in Paul Mistral Park, it replaced their stadium Stade Lesdiguières.

This stadium uses solar panels and produces more than 70,000 kWh per year.

The first goal scored there was by Ivorian striker Franck Dja Djedje, then at Grenoble on loan from Paris Saint-Germain F.C.
