| | Normally the world has a greenwich-time,
and all others a plus or minus.
In the list of events i have imported a minute ago, i have
strTime = 18:30
localTime = 20:30
but our time is +1 to Time in Greenwich, London, UK, not +2
so this strTime is maybe your time? And you are somewhere with +2 to London?
Puh! Also i am shure that some countries have no summer-time;
maybe it is the best to use the local time.

here you can see 18:30 and 20:30;
the timeString is +0; this means London, Uk.
then this time is probably wrong, because UK and Germany has a summertime.
The match was 20.30 local_time.

| | I have imported the local date and time, from some events.
It seems that they are not set for all events of some leagues.
So it is maybe better to fetch the just the strTimestamp, but as written before, there seems to be an issue with the time difference.

| | Times are always UTC so not effected by any daylight savings.
Local times are entered manually by the user so if you see anything wrong (for example when the time changes to +1) then please do update it by editing the event.

| | So UTC is GWT + summertime?
Means in the winter UTC=GWT, but in the summer GWT=UTC+1.
I hope that all leagues are closed from october to march. )

| | GMT yes
You can always work out the time from UTC though as you know the +1 or +0.
