The event was originally known as the Bing Crosby National Pro-Amateur, or just the Crosby Clambake. After Crosby's death in 1977, the tournament was hosted by his family for eight years. The event takes place Feb 11-14 and has a prize fund of $7,800,000. Daniel Berger started his final round of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am with an eagle at the par-4 second hole and made four birdies and a single bogey at the par-4 8th to reach the par-5 18th tied for the lead. Berger made a 30-foot eagle putt on the 72nd hole to secure a final-round 65 and finish on 18-under 270 and beat Maverick McNealy by 2. 1065782
