Max Edward O'Leary (born 10 October 1996) is an English professional footballer who plays for Bath City on loan from Bristol City as a goalkeeper.

On 9 January 2016, O'Leary made his debut for Bristol City as a half-time substitute in a 2–2 draw against West Bromwich Albion in the FA Cup.

On 18 March 2016, O'Leary joined National League side Kidderminster Harriers on loan until the end of the season. In April, Max returned to his parent club Bristol City and was on the bench for their games at the end of season due to Frank Fielding being injured.
