Description

The 2022 Gibraltar Open (officially the 2022 BetVictor Gibraltar Open) is a professional snooker tournament played between 24 and 26 March 2022 at the Europa Point Sports Complex. The event is the 14th ranking event of the 2021–22 snooker season. This is the seventh edition of the Gibraltar Open, first held in 2015. The defending champion is Judd Trump, who won both the 2020 and 2021 editions of the tournament.

The event is the final event of the 2021–22 European Series, with the highest earner over the series being
awarded £150,000.
John Higgins Wins £150,000 European Series Bonus. The Scot exited this years Gibraltar Open in the third round, but defeats for his rivals ensured he finished the series on top.

Robert Milkins won the first ranking title of his 27-year career, beating Kyren Wilson 4-2 in the final of the BetVictor Gibraltar Open.
