Dupe events created for this league:
https://www.thesportsdb.com/league/4578-Polish-Basketball-League

Cool all easily cleaned up.

I assume you imported the current season then our importer made dupe events.

Spotted another one:

Some weirdness with college basketball:

IPFW was given the ID for Purdue, so I deleted all of their current season events and I can't find the actual ID for them:
https://www.thesportsdb.com/team/138772

Purdue events have not been importing, but maybe will now that IPFW ID has been changed to "0":
https://www.thesportsdb.com/team/138810

Can't find the API ID for Charlotte:
https://www.thesportsdb.com/team/138713

I love a good investigation.... I searched on google for an event for the team, then used the API-football api to find an event that included both teams. Looks like they have some errors in team ID's which explains it.

The IPFW team is linked to the Fort Wayne Mad ants (257) in the schedual. I have informed them via their chat.

Not sure about purdue as the ID looks correct.

Charlotte looks like subsidury of North Caroliner univertsity, but who knows. The league is a mystry to me sometimes

Is it possible to automate removing whitespace at the end of text for things like cities and venues? E.G. 'Silverstone '.

I've run into it a couple of times and it caused me minor problems.

I found a couple of teams that have their API ID being used by a team in another team, could this be reported to the provider?

Former is correct league, latter is incorrect league
Queenslands Lions FC - Australian Queensland NPL (3980) - Mongolian Premier League (3980)
Al-Shorta SC - Iraqi Premier League (3883) - Sudani Premier League (4150)

Just added the 2022 SBK season. Updated a few riders who changed teams etc.
1 new team added, Yamaha Motoxracing WorldSBK Team and noticed they are showing a few latest results, and as a new team in 2022 they should have none. ?

Can you explain this some more, do you mean duplicate team id's?

Sorry, I didn't notice your reply.

If you look at the teams' fixtures it shows them playing in two leagues as their API ID is identical to a team in a different league.
- https://www.thesportsdb.com/team/139016 is an Iraqi team and has games displaying for the Sudani league.
- https://www.thesportsdb.com/team/141692 is an Australian team, but has games displaying for the Mongolian league.
- https://www.thesportsdb.com/team/141310 is an Sri Lankan team, but has games for both the Burkinabe leagues and Kenyan leagues due to sharing the same API ID.

There seems to be a few leagues which still retain their original date in the strFilename when the fixture is rearranged.

https://thesportsdb.com/api/v1/json/2/searchfilename.php?e=English_Premiership_Rugby_2022-02-26_Northampton%20Saints_vs_Exeter%20Chiefs the game was played today (27th Feb) but the filename is 26th.

Been noticing a very high rate of missing scores for ice hockey games lately. I’ve been filling manually. Might be worth looking into

The regular importer seems to be working as expected. Can you skip updating the scores so I can check if which leagues?

EDIT: I made some changes to the frequency now we have a lot more leagues, maybe that's it.

Could all the results for this team https://www.thesportsdb.com/team/140477 Penarol (Uruguay) be transferred over to this team https://www.thesportsdb.com/team/145850 Penarol (Argentina)?

I've been having a few problems trying to sync lineups tonight, getting one of two messages ...

Syncing Event Statistics with API-Football
cURL Error #:Operation timed out after 15906 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

0 Results from server

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\inetpub\thesportsdb.com\sync_apifootball_event_stats.php on line 106

After a few refreshes it eventually syncs, just a bit annoying.

I finally also fixed Wimbledon FC (defunct) / Wimbledon AFC issues in historical results.

I'm testing my wrestling scraper to ignore duplicate events whenever they're encountered, and it managed to create an event with the exact same name as one that already exists when I was expecting to get the "Event Already Exists" message.

I think it has something to do with having all the fields filled out as I can manually recreate the problem when I submit the event with date, season, country, city, venue, and event all filled out.

https://www.thesportsdb.com/season.php?l=4563&s=2022 I think you'll see the event in question.

Yes I think I turned off dupechecking for some reason, maybe some special sport or something. I can turn back on if required?

Probably Baseball, they can play two games in one day at times so would be identical names.

But it does catch the duplicate if not all of the details are filled in, so I really don't know what is going on.

Maybe re-enable it for manual event adding if that's possible?

Thanks for finding this, yes looked like a bug actually. Hopefully all fixed now.

Looks like a good chunk of MLB was deleted, a lot of art I uploaded has gone (I was doing month by month, so March and April so far), and so have all of the Cleveland Guardians' future matches.

Hello,
Looks like there are missing records for the soccer events. We have a lot of soccer events previously stored in the datebase for April 10th for example. If we try to list events for this specific day using https://www.thesportsdb.com/api/v1/json/API_KEY/eventsday.php?d=2022-04-10 we will see that almost all of the soccer events in Dutch, French, Spain, Brazilian Serie A etc. leagues are missing. Is there a problem with this type of events?
