Removing Event I created or Changing Event Name |

Posts: 8 Joined: 2021-02-14 | I created an event (https://www.thesportsdb.com/event/1094474) , but forgot to add the "Race 1" to it like these (https://www.thesportsdb.com/season.php?s=2021&l=4489) I can't find any information in Contribute or on the forums about how, as the creator, I can modify the event name OR delete the event to create it correctly. Please advise? Best, Jason

Cheers, Jason Moderators are appointed after a certain amount of time and experience. You don't need to be a mod to do 95% of the sites functionality. For example to change a teams driver, simply edit the driver and select a new team or move them to the _free agent or _retired team. If you can't find the driver, then just add them from as a new "Add Player" on the team page. The only things mods can do more than anyone else is delete events really. Everything else should be available to all users. EDIT: I know its messy looking and needs a lot of work but I updated the contribute guide a little https://www.thesportsdb.com/contribute_guide.php

It doesn't help you all if someone comes in and does things that require more work on your side, haha (i.e. I will be more careful with event creation in the future). Thanks! zag
