Liam David Ian Cooper (born 30 August 1991) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for the Scotland national team. He is currently a free agent.
He is the first Leeds captain to win promotion from the second tier of English football since Gordon Strachan in 1990.

Although normally playing as a centre-back, he can also function as a left-back.

He has represented Scotland at senior, Under 19 and Under 17 level. He received his first call-up to the senior Scotland squad on 10 March 2016 for a friendly against Denmark in which he failed to play. He made his debut for Scotland during the defeat to Russia on 6 September 2019.
