Theodore Ginn Jr. (born April 12, 1985) is an American football wide receiver and return specialist who is a free agent.
He played college football at Ohio State, and was drafted by the Miami Dolphins ninth overall in the 2007 NFL Draft. Ginn has also played for the San Francisco 49ers, Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers.
