Jeimer Candelario (born November 24, 1993) is an American professional baseball third baseman for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for the Chicago Cubs and Detroit Tigers.
Candelario signed with the Chicago Cubs in September 2010. He made his professional debut the next year with the Dominican Summer League Cubs. The Cubs promoted Candelario to the major league team on July 3, 2016, he made his major-league debut the same day, against the New York Mets.
Candelario made his MLB debut July 3, 2016, for the Chicago Cubs.
