Michael Joseph Fulmer (born March 15, 1993) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Boston Red Sox organization. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Detroit Tigers, Minnesota Twins, and Chicago Cubs. Fulmer won the American League Rookie of the Year Award in 2016, and was an All-Star in 2017. Fulmer won the American League Rookie of the Year Award in 2016, and was an All-Star in 2017.
Fulmer was drafted by the New York Mets in the first round of the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft. He made his professional debut that season with the rookie league Gulf Coast Mets.
Fulmer made his MLB debut April 29, 2016, for the Detroit Tigers.
