Japhet Manzambi Tanganga (born 31 March 1999) is an English footballer who plays as a defender for Millwall on loan from Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur. Mainly a centre-back, he can also play as a full-back.

Tanganga was born in Hackney, London, to a Congolese family. He went on to attend Greig City Academy and at the age of 10 joined the Tottenham youth academy. In June 2019 he had his contract with Tottenham extended until 2020. On 24 September 2019, he made his debut in the EFL Cup away to Colchester United. He made his full Premier League debut at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium against Liverpool on 11 January 2020. Three days later he played the full 90 minutes against Middlesbrough in a FA Cup replay, which Spurs won 2–1 and was named man of the match.

International career
Tanganga has represented England youth levels at under-16, 17, 18, 19 and 20. In 2017, he took part in the Toulon Tournament which England went on to win.
