Lois Kathleen Joel (born 2 June 1999) is an English footballer who plays as a defender for London City Lionesses. Joel has represented England internationally at under-17 and under-19 level.
West Ham announced the signing of Joel on 2 October 2021 on a short term contract. Upon signing, West Ham manager Matt Beard said "I am delighted to welcome Lois to West Ham United. She is a talented, young defender with a lot of potential, and she has fitted in instantly with our group here". On 18th October, Joel made her West Ham debut in a 4-2 loss to Manchester United.
