Anthony James DeSclafani (born April 18, 1990) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Minnesota Twins of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Miami Marlins, Cincinnati Reds, and San Francisco Giants. He played college baseball for the University of Florida. The Toronto Blue Jays selected DeSclafani in the sixth round of the 2011 MLB draft. He made his MLB debut in 2014. He has previously played in MLB for the Miami Marlins and Cincinnati Reds.

On March 30, it was announced that DeSclafani would miss the entirety of the season after undergoing flexor tendon surgery.
