Phil Bauhaus (born 8 July 1994 in Bocholt) is a German cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Team Bahrain Victorious. He was named in the start list for the 2017 Giro d'Italia. In August 2018 it was confirmed that Bauhaus would join Bahrain–Merida for the 2019 season on an initial one-year contract. In August 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Vuelta a España.
