Panetolikos F.C. (Greek: ΠΑΕ Παναιτωλικός), or with its full name Panaetolikos Gymnastikos Philekpaideutikos Syllogos (Greek: Παναιτωλικός Γυμναστικός Φιλεκπαιδευτικός Σύλλογος, Pan-Aetolian Gymnastic and Educational Club), is an association football club based in Agrinio, Greece. It was founded in 1926 and is considered one of the historical clubs in Greece, having participated so far in the Greek First Division five times (1976, 1977, 2012, 2014, and 2015). Some of the most well known players that started their career in the club are Stratos Apostolakis, former Greek recordman in international caps (96), and Petros Michos.

The club's symbol is Titormus, the ancient Aetolian hero and their motto is Τίτορμος Αιτωλός Ούτος Άλλος Ηρακλής, translated as Titormus the Aetolian is another Heracles.

Panetolikos Stadium (Greek: Γήπεδο Παναιτωλικού Gipedo Panaitolikou) is a multi-use stadium in Agrinio in Aetolia-Acarnania, Greece. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Panetolikos. The stadium is located at Prousiotissis Street and it holds a capacity of 6,000 all-seated. Its highest attendance was 11,012 during a match against Olympiakos in 1977. There are plans to increase the seating capacity of the stadium to 11,000 in the future if necessary. Even though Agrinio is small city, Panetolikos supporters known as "The Warriors" are well known for their loyalty for the team.
