Team Rosberg was founded 20 years ago by former Formula 1 World Champion Keke Rosberg. His son Nico made his first steps on the motor-racing ladder in his father’s team. Since 2006, the squad around Team Principal Arno Zensen has been racing in DTM and consequently, it will contest its 10th DTM season, this year. In 2012, Audi Sport Team Rosberg secured two race wins and was the best of the teams representing the brand with the four rings. In the 2015 season, the team based in ‘Neustadt an der Weinstraße’ that specialises – in addition to its motor-racing activities – with its subsidiary TRE in engineering services for the automotive industry wants to tie in with these successes.
