Its home arena for domestic Turkish League games is Darüşşafaka Ayhan Şahenk Sports Hall, with a capacity of 3,500, while its home arena for EuroLeague games (if it is competing in that league) is the Volkswagen Arena Istanbul, with a capacity of 5,240.

Founded as a multisport club in 1914, basketball is their most representative section.
