Showing 0 to 19 (Total: 19)Stadium or HomeThe Schwalbe-Arena is a multifunctional hall in the North Rhine-Westphalian town of Gummersbach. Since the 2013/14 handball Bundesliga season it has been the new home of Bundesliga club VfL Gummersbach. VfL previously played in the outdated Eugen-Haas-Halle with only 2,100 seats or, from 2001, sporadically in the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, which was uneconomical due to the cost and size. The arena offers visitors a maximum of 4,132 seats for handball games (3,189 seats, over 800 standing rooms and eight boxes).
