Football Club Noah is an Armenian football club based in Yerevan. It was founded in June 2019 by Karen Abrahamyan.
The club's inaugural match took place on June 2, 2017, against FC Banants at Banants Stadium. The friendly match ended with a goalless draw.Tigran Yesayan was the first manager to coach the newly founded team and remained in his position until 29 January 2018.
Noah played their first competitive season -as Artsakh- in the 2018–19 Armenian Premier League. and was promoted to the Armenian Premier League by obtaining second place.
By the beginning of 2019, it was announced that Karen Abrahamyan became the new owner of Artsakh. In summer 2019, the club was re-branded and renamed FC Noah.

Alashkert Stadium is a football stadium in Yerevan, Armenia. It was known as Nairi Stadium until 2013 when it was renamed Alashkert by the new owners. The stadium is located in Shengavit District, adjacent to Lake Yerevan, on the left bank of Hrazdan River.
