Fomboni Football Club is a football club from the Comoros based in Fomboni.
Fomboni FC was founded in March 1985 in the city of Fomboni after the merger of local teams Molaïli FC and Kaza Sport. It was not until the 2006 season that they achieved their first major title after winning the Mwali Regional League, the first of 7 regional titles. In 2005 they merged with the Rafal Club .
