Club Independiente Petrolero is a football club from Sucre, Bolivia that plays in the Chuquisaca Primera A, one of the third division regional leagues. The club was founded on April 4, 1932 and plays its home games at the Estadio Olímpico Patria. The team had two spells in the Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano. The first one lasted from 1981 to 1983 and the second one from 1990 to 2003.

Estadio Olímpico Patria is a multi-purpose stadium in Sucre, Bolivia. It is currently used for football matches and is the home venue for Universitario de Sucre and Independiente Petrolero, and was used for the Copa América 1997. The stadium holds 30,700 and was opened in 1992.
