Portland Timbers U23 is an American soccer team based in Salem, Oregon, United States. Although founded in 2008 as part of the development system for the Portland Timbers USSF D2 organization, beginning in 2011 they are part of the development system for the Major League Soccer franchise of the same name. The team plays in USL League Two, the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid.

The team played most of its home games at Providence Park, the home of the senior Timbers team, where they have played since 2009. In 2017, the team announced it would be based out of Salem, in affiliation with Capital FC Timbers. The team's colors are green and white.
