Description

Two years Corona break - now it starts again. The Cyclassics are taking place in Hamburg for the 25th time. This year in the prestigious professional race at the start, the international sprint elite. First and foremost the Belgian Olympic silver medalist and three-time Tour de France stage winner Wout van Aert. Among others, he meets the triple Cyclassics winner Elia Viviani and Caleb Ewan, Alexander Kristoff and Arnaud Démare, who also won in Hamburg.

The routing could be a new challenge on the approximately 200 kilometers. This year, it's not about the famous Elbchaussee, but slightly winding through the Elbe suburbs. As moderator, Ben Wozny awaits the cyclists in the finish area, with Moritz Cassalette commenting on the microphone, supported by tour expert and ex-professional cyclist Fabian Wegmann. At the highest point of the route, on the Waseberg, Sina Braun will take up position.
