Joyce remains unbeaten in his professional career to date after thirteen wins, twelve of those victories have come by way of knockout for Londoner. Joyce has been a late comer to professional boxing after winning silver as an amateur at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
He was due to be fighting Joseph Parker on Saturday, but a late withdrawal means that Hammer will be his opponent for the fight as he tests his credentials for a potential world heavyweight title shot later this year. Recent fights have seen Joyce beat both Carlos Takam and Daniel Dubois as he makes his presence felt in the heavyweight division.
