Description
The 2018 Paris ePrix (formally the 2018 Qatar Airways Paris ePrix) was a Formula E motor race held before a crowd of 48,000 spectators at the Circuit des Invalides in the Les Invalides building complex on 28 April 2018. It was the eighth race of the 2017–18 Formula E season and the third edition of the event.
Returning to Paris for the third time in the ABB FIA Formula E Championship’s history, back in the historic surroundings of Les Invalides for Round 8 of the series.
So far, all 10 teams and 20 drivers have raced in Asia, Africa, South and Central America and the competition continues to heat up. With only four rounds left, those in with a chance of taking the championship title are already starting to make themselves known but it’s far from over yet.
Measuring 1.92km, the Paris circuit surrounds the iconic Les Invalides compound, with 14 turns and the start line located on Boulevard des Invalides, opposite the Rodin Museum. From there, the drivers will need to complete 49 laps before a winner can be crowned, against the historic backdrop.
