Jonathan Rea eased to his 80th career World Superbike win in a red-flagged Superpole race at Laguna Seca, while Alvaro Bautista crashed for the second time this weekend.
Davies took another second-place finish at Laguna Seca, coming under no threat from BMW's Tom Sykes in third.
Race 2
Chaz Davies dominated the final World Superbike race at Laguna Seca to secure his first win in over a year, while Ducati's team-mate Alvaro Bautista retired with a bike issue.
Rea consolidated second place to extend his championship lead to 81 points over Bautista heading into the seven-week summer break.
Razgatlioglu finished a distant third, securing his sixth podium of the season.
