Please do not rename teams while the season is in progress

As per the title.

Teams have been getting renamed when there are games remaining in the season, this is causing duplicate games to be created.

Either delete all events in the old name when you change the name or wait till the season ends to change event names.

Yes never rename a team mid-season! It will mess up all kinds of things
