Iván Balliu Campeny (born 1 January 1992) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Portuguese club F.C. Arouca. A defender, he can play on either flank, especially as a right back.
Club career
Born in Girona, Catalonia, Balliu joined FC Barcelona's youth system in 2005, aged 13. He made his senior debuts in the 2010–11 season, playing in two Segunda División games with the B-team and starting against Girona FC for a 2–0 away win. In that year, he was also captain of the treble-winning Juvenil A team.
On 30 May 2013, Balliu's contract expired and he was told by the Blaugrana that he would be released. One month later he signed with F.C. Arouca in Portugal for two seasons, making his Primeira Liga debut on 1 September in a 1–0 home win against Rio Ave FC (90 minutes played).
