Colin Niel Ackermann (born 4 April 1991) is a South African first-class cricketer who plays for the Warriors cricket team. He scored the most runs in the 2016–17 Sunfoil Series, with a total of 883 from ten matches and seventeen innings.
Ahead of the 2017 season, Ackermann signed for English county side Leicestershire County Cricket Club on a two-year contract. In May 2017, he was named Domestic Players' Player of the Season at Cricket South Africa's annual awards. In August 2017, he was named in Nelson Mandela Bay Stars' squad for the first season of the T20 Global League. However, in October 2017, Cricket South Africa initially postponed the tournament until November 2018, with it being cancelled soon after.
