Pauls Jonass (born on January 13 in Aizpute) is a Latvian motocross racer. He is the first Latvian who has earned the MX2 World Champion title, doing so in the season of 2017.

A multi-time champion of the Baltic States, two-time World Junior Champion (85cc and 125cc), and EMX125 Champion in 2013.

At the age of 18 Pauls secured a spot in the KTM Factory Racing Team for the next five years. In 2015 Pauls earned the 2nd place overall and was the leader of the series half of the season. During the season of 2016, Jonass was forced to miss almost half of the races due to a serious head injury that cost him the valuable points of the championship, leaving the youngster in the 5th place overall. However, in 2017 he finally emerged victorious and gained his first MX2 World Champion title.
