Keiji Takayama (高山 圭司 Takayama Keiji, born February 20, 1969) is a Japanese professional wrestler, better known under the ring name Gedo (外道 Gedō). Gedo is the main booker (match maker) of New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), a backstage position that started in the early 2010s with the junior heavyweight division and since 2015 the primary booker of NJPW. In the ring Gedo is best known for his tag team work alongside partner Jado, forming a very successful tag team from around 1990 through the mid-2010s.
While he works backstage, Gedo is also an on screen character, working as a manager for Jay White and the Bullet Club faction. For years he was closely associated with one of NJPW's top stars Kazuchika Okada and the Chaos stable. Jado and Gedo have won the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship four times, the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship one-time, BJW Tag Team Championship and several other tag team championships. From 2011 to 2014 Gedo and Jado were voted "Bookers of the year" by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter and from 2016 to 2018 by himself.
