Hailing from Phoenix, Arizona Chris Blose started riding a dirt bike at the young age of three. For Blose, hopping on a bike was not a surprise as racing has always been a family sport. His dad raced professionally, his uncle rode for factory Kawasaki, and his older brother Michael was a top amatuer rider with 20+ titles. It’s no wonder dirt riding came so naturally to Blose, but he also had some big shoes to fill. Although Chris had not been a top amateur inthe tanks before turning pro at the age of sixteen, that did not deter him from proving himself on the track. And it wasn’t long before he did just that.
His breakout year came in 2099 as a fill-in rider on the Troy Lee Designs team. He finished an impresive 5th overall in the AMA Supercross Lites West Championship and began to get noticed by fans, teams and his peers. In 2010 Blose joined Hart & Huntington and moved to the premier Supercross class. He finished 13th overall, a remarkable feat considering he rode with a broken wrist all season. With all his natural skill and his determination to prove himself in the big leagues, there is no doubt he will be one to watch.
