Emily Campbell shot to prominence at the 2021 European Weightlifting Championships and helped seal her Olympic debut in Tokyo in the process. Campbell soared to European gold by lifting a combined weight of 276kg to reign supreme in Moscow and her Games debut will come in the +87kg category.
She also scooped bronze at the 2018 Commonwealth Games off the back of winning the British Championships – setting a new national record in the process – in Coventry the year before.
