Jakub Śmiechowski (born October 11, 1991 ) - Polish racing driver , currently competing in the WEC championship with the Inter Europol Competition team.
Śmiechowski started his car racing career in 2009 starting in the Italian Formula Renault . Taking part in the Kochanski Motorsport Project team, he completed six races. The collected 29 points gave him the 21st place in the general classification.
In the 2014 season, the Pole joined the BOSS GP ranks , where he raced in the open class in the GP2 series car from 2005 . In the sixteen races in which he took part, he was on the podium eleven times, including the highest step twice. He collected a total of 276 points. In the last race of the season, he secured the title for himself.
