Patryk Dobek (born 13 February 1994) is a Polish athlete specialising in the 400 metres, 800 metres and 400 metres hurdles. He won the bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the 800 metres event.

He finished third in the 400 metres at the 2011 World Youth Championships in Athletics in Lille Métropole.

He was a reserve athlete for the Polish 4 x 400 metres relay team at the 2012 Olympic Games, eventually not selected to run. His biggest success in hurdles came in 2015, when he reached the final at the World Championships in Beijing, finishing seventh. He later competed at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro without advancing to the semifinals.

In 2021, he started specializing in the 800 metres race, winning gold in the European Athletics Indoor Championships and bronze in the Tokyo Olympics.
