Baltasar Luis Rodríguez (born 9 July 2003 in Monte Hermoso, Buenos Aires) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a midfielder for Racing Club de Avellaneda in the Argentine Primera División.2​

Trajectory
He started playing in the reserve team of Racing Club de Avellaneda in 2019, under the guidance of Mauro Gerk.3He began to gain traction in 2023, scoring goals in the Reserve Tournament. His representative is Robert Pirés, a former World Cup winner with the French national team in 1998.4​

He made his first-team debut on 8 May 2023 in a 4–2 loss to Talleres de Córdoba, replacing Gabriel Hauche.5On 14 May, he would receive praise from coach Fernando Gago: "I don't like to talk about individual issues, but Baltasar has an impressive authority to play ball. He did a great job during the week. I see him in every training session and he's ready to make the leap." 6He would make his international debut with the Academy on June 8 against Flamengo, at the Maracanã Stadium, for the Copa Libertadores.7​

His first goal would come on August 18, 2023 in a match against Unión de Santa Fe, corresponding to matchday 1 of the Copa de la Liga Profesional.8On August 26, a date later, he scored his second goal against Tigre. On October 8, he scored in a 2-1 defeat against Platense and a day later, on October 19, he drew the match against Sarmiento de Junín. On 11 November against Lanús, he scored the opening goal of the match. He was Racing's top scorer in the 2023 League Cup season, along with Juanfer Quintero, with 5 goals.9​

In December, after the elimination at the hands of Rosario Central in the Round of 16 of the 2023 League Cup. He would be called up by Javier Mascherano to represent the Argentina U-23 team10for the pre-Olympic tournament in Venezuela.
