Emmaliina Ilona Tulkki (b. March 24, 2000 Tampere) is a Finnish soccer player who represents the Tampere Ilves who play in the National League. In his playing position, Tulkki is a midfielder.

Tulkki is a member of Tampere Ilves. The debut in the representative team, which was promoted to the Women's League, took place in April 2015 in the opening match of the season against Pallokitsas. In that match, Tulk became the first Women's League player born in the 2000s. She also scored the winning goal for Ilves in the match and thus also became the first goalscorer in history born in the 2000s in the Women's League.

In the 2017 season, Tulkki played in the Swedish Damallsvenskan for the Linköping team and won the league championship. The next season was ruined due to health problems and he returned to Ilves for the rest of the season. Seasons 2019–2020 Tulkki represented the Helsinki Football Club and won both the league and cup championships in the first season. In the 2021 season, he played four matches in Kuopio Palloseura, which won the Finnish championship. Before the start of the 2022 season, Tulkki has played 93 matches in the Finnish league, in which he has scored 28 goals, and 16 matches in the Swedish league, in which he has scored two goals.

Tulkki debuted in April 2015 with the Finnish under-17 national team and in 2017 with the under-19 national team.
