Tanner John Groves (born May 22, 1999) is an American professional basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Eastern Washington Eagles and Oklahoma Sooners.

Groves was born and grew up in Spokane, Washington and attended Shadle Park High School. He was named All-State and All-Greater Spokane League as a senior after averaging 18.2 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per game.
