Ross McCausland (born 12 May 2003) is a Northern Irish footballer who plays for Scottish club Rangers and the Northern Ireland national team.

Career
McCausland joined the Rangers Academy from Northern Irish side Linfield in the summer of 2019 for £60,000. He signed a contract extension with the club until 2024

McCausland made his debut for Rangers by replacing Amad Diallo as a 61st minute substitute during a 3–1 win over Heart of Midlothian on 14 May 2022 in which he grabbed an assist as he set up other debutant Cole McKinnon score his first goal.

After the sacking of Michael Beale during to 2022/23 season McCausland started to get a run of games under interim manager Steven Davis and new permanent manager Philippe Clement. McCausland would start to make noise amongst the Rangers support when he thought he had bagged his first Rangers goal in a 0-2 victory away to Livingston FC in a Scottish Premiership fixture but it was ruled out as Abdallah Sima was questionably blamed for a foul in the build up.

McCausland Scored his first goal for Rangers in a UEFA Europa League group stage tie against Aris Limassol in the 49th minute on 30 November 2023, with a low finish into the bottom left corner off the post from the edge of the box after coming in as a first half substitute for Todd Cantwell. Days later he would receive only his second start and get be awarded man of the match in a Premiership game vs St Mirren in a 2-0 victory.

International career
In November 2023, he was called up to the Northern Ireland national football team and made his debut on 17 November against Finland.
