Alex Austin (born May 22, 2001) is an American professional football cornerback for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oregon State.

Austin was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the seventh round with the 252nd pick overall in the 2023 NFL draft. He was waived on August 29, 2023.

On August 30, 2023, Austin was claimed off waivers by the Houston Texans. He was waived on October 14 and re-signed to the practice squad. He was released on November 1.

On November 2, 2023, Austin signed with the New England Patriots.
