Ochaun Mathis (born January 8, 1999) is an American professional football linebacker. He played college football at TCU and Nebraska.

Mathis was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the sixth round, 189th overall, of the 2023 NFL draft.

On August 30, 2024, Mathis was signed to the New England Patriots practice squad. On October 29, he was promoted to the active roster.

On November 19, 2024: The New England Patriots released OLB Ochaun Mathis.
