The club formerly headquartered in Frascati and than Tivoli. The club withdrew from Eccellenza Lazio, the fifth tier of national football in 2019. As of 2019, the club focus on youth sector only.
The current club was founded in 2004 and named after the original LVPA Frascati, which known also as A.C. Lupa Frascati. However, the current club was renamed to the current name in 2013. Another unrelated club was founded in 2015, also named after the original Lupa as "A.S.D. Lupa Frascati". That club was known as "Lupa Frascati A.S.D." since 2018.
