L'Union sportive Oyonnax rugby est un club de rugby à XV français fondé en 1909, basé à Oyonnax dans le département de l'Ain. Le club est présidé par Thierry Emin et l'équipe première entraînée par Christophe Urios, Frédéric Charrier et Iharaira Sinnott. Il évolue depuis la saison 2013-2014 en Top 14, après avoir été sacré champion de France de Pro D2 à l'issue de la saison 2012-2013, ce titre s'ajoute au palmarès du club qui contient aussi un titre de champion de France de nationale 1 en 2001 et un challenge de l'Espérance en 1991. Il évolue au Stade Charles-Mathon.

It was first opened in 1939, and underwent renovations in 1983 and 2005. With the promotion of Oyonnax to the Top14 for season 2013–14, the stadium capacity was expanded from 8,670 to 11,400 places, including 7,500 seats.
It takes its name from Charles Mathon, a leading player for the club before the Second World War.
