Description Available in: The team Intact GP was established in 2013 to enter the Moto2 category of the MotoGP World Championship. 2017 will be the 5th season, in which the team is competing in the Intermediate class. The riders are Sandro Cortese and Marcel Schrötter.
The team was founded by Stefan Keckeisen, owner of Keckeisen Accumulators in Memmingen, Wolfgang Kuhn, owner of Kuhn Bau in Bad Wurzach, and engineer Jürgen Lingg, who is the Team Director.
With the start of the 2017 season the Intact GP team is working together with chassis manufacturer Suter Racing Technology.
The goal is to combine the talent of the riders, the technical know-how of the mechanics and the passion of all involved parties in order to compete successfully on the international platform and to become an established address in the MotoGP world.
