Sanga Balende is the only club in vodacom Ligue 1, that is from Kasai Oriental, This gives them a lot of popularity around the DRC amongst the people of Kasai Districts. Stade Kashala Bonzola is a multi-use stadium currently under construction in the Kanshi suburb of Mbuji-Mayi, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The stadium will be completed in 2016, it will be mostly used for football matches. It will be the new home venue of SM Sanga Balende. The stadium will have 10,000 seats.
