The N.P.C. Rieti (short for New Project Children), known as Kienergia Rieti for sponsorship reasons, is an Italian basketball club based in the Lazio city of Rieti. Born in 2011 from a company previously operating in Contigliano, it is, together with the newborn Real Sebastiani Rieti, the last heir of the historic AMG Sebastiani Rieti.
The team has so far played in Serie A2 from 2015 (thanks to the promotion that arrived on 13 June 2015, with the victory against Agropoli in its round of the Final Four) to 2020, to then play in Serie B for just one season, before return to Serie A2 through the acquisition of the sports title of Pallacanestro Piacentina. It is by far the team that conquered the PalaSclavo of Mens Sana Siena with the biggest difference, thanks to the 55-90 victory achieved on February 25th 2017 (in the 2016/2017 season of the Serie A2 West group).
