Old Greenwood, a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, situated on 600 acres of forest and meadowland surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains. More than most courses, Old Greenwood is influenced by the land upon which it sits. The course’s closeness to nature is evident in many places, especially where the rolling land, thick forests and water features collide. While the combination is breathtaking, it also presents a challenge. Though difficult, the course is eminently playable, like most Nicklaus designs. While Old Greenwood feels secluded and miles from anywhere, it is less than a 30-minute drive from North Lake Tahoe.
